SCOUTS INDIVIDUAL ACCOUNT BALANCES
We discussed the policy on what to do with the individual scout balances when a scout leaves the troop. The Committee decided on the following:
1. When the scout turns 18, they will be given their choice of
· Receiving a check for their account balance
· Leaving their account open with the Troop to use with future activities
· Rolling their balance into the general Troop fund
2. If the scout leaves the troop before they are 18, but transfer to another scouting organization, a check for their balance will be sent to the other scouting organization
3. If the scout leaves the troop before they are 18 and do not transfer to another scouting organization, their balance will be rolled into the general fund.
CALENDAR FOR THE NEXT FEW MONTHS
To help make it easier when setting calendars, we willext few months, we will follow the same schedule
2nd Sunday – Parent/Committee meeting at 6:00
Scout meeting from 7:00 to 8:30
4th Sunday - Troop leaders meeting at 6:00
Scout meeting from 7:00 to 8:30
