NEW POLICY MANUAL:
Tom started the policy
manual around the table for everyone to look at. Every family will receive one.
After everyone had a chance to look it over. Doug Case made a motion to adopt the policy manual, Mary
seconded, passed unanimously.
MEETING DATES:
We started discussing the dates for the next meetings, but did not have enough
information to set any of the dates. I will call Nancy Meyer on Monday to
get more information on when confirmation and religious education classes meet.
CONCESSION STANDS
Joyce has dates through November to work concessions at the UNI dome.

TRAILER UPDATES:
The parts that were ordered are in. The trailer will be at Randy's on the
weekend of Aug. 24th to work on. Jeremy will compare his original list to
what needs to be done and add anything new to the list. Volunteers will
be needed to finish the trailer. We would like to have as much done as
possible before the Fall Camporee (Sept. 20-22)
LIBRARY REFERENCE MATERIALS
Randy suggested that we put samples
of projects done for service hours in the library for scouts to use as a
reference when doing the paperwork and planning for their own projects.
NEXT MEETING:
The next meeting is September 9th at 7pm. This will be a service project. We will meet at John Deere. We will be changing candy bar sleeves for the United Way.
