Doug case mentioned that any scout that has signed up for any water course will need to do the CPR training/refresher with Diane Schultz before camp.

Remember to do your pre-requisites before camp.  There is a list of the pre-requisites listed on the web site.

2004 HIGH ADVENTURE TRIP:

The trip would go from 7/18/03 to 7/30/04

FLAGS:

John Gilbert is working on the new flag poles and hopes to have them done by the next meeting.

TROOP EQUIPMENT:
We had a lenghty discussion of what equipment, tents and supplies we need to purchase for the Troop.  In lieu of the discussions, the following motions were made:

              Hammer

              Screwdriver

              Socket set

              Wrench

              Tool box

              Vice grips

              Lug wrench

              Vice grips

              Rubber mallet

Marty seconded the motion, passed unaminously.  The Gilberts will be in charge of purchasing these items.

Next, Doug Case made a motion to purchase:

              4 coooolers (48 qt)

4 sets of food boxes for dry foods

              4 setx of utencil boxes

1 additional outfitters adult tent like the one purchased last year.

The total value of these items should not exceed $600.  Motion passed.

OTHER:

It was noted after our last campout that there was food not taken out of the trailer.   We need to make sure that after each campout the trailer is gone through to make sure no food items are left behind.

It was also noted that we need to go through the contents of the old trailer.  It was suggested that the Quartermaster, the Senior Patrol Leader, and Patrol  Leaders set a time to do this.
