| Grade levels refer to the next school year.
Players must present proof of identification (Driver's license, Permit or Birth Certificate and parent if no photo ID) at tournament check-in. NOTE: Every effort will be made to place teams into grade categories. We reserve the right to combine grade categories if necessary. In a few instances we may need to create co-ed divisions within these grade categories. Your team will be notified if this occurs. Reasonably priced Concessions available.
(NO COOLERS ALLOWED) Bring your own basketball.

Join your friends for an exciting day of 3-on-3 basketball in the cool, air conditioned, Wellness Center on the University of Northern Iowa campus in Cedar Falls, Iowa, on Saturday, August 13, 2005. Each athlete gets a FREE tournament T-shirt. Trophies will be awarded. Each team is guaranteed at least three games. A complete list of game rules and regulations will be mailed to the Team Captain (Player #1). Mail the completed entry form and $85.00 entry fee made payable to:
